Chairman - Niall Mc Cann

This is Niall's third year with MMUCMFC. Niall started off as a player for the third team under the management of Robert Wilson and Cameron Tiler. In his second year, Niall stepped into the committee role of fundraiser and organised Blind Date as a Student Union event. In addition, Niall managed the first team last year alongside experienced coach Gareth Smith. Niall has taken up the role of Chairman for the upcoming season and will be combining this with being a player/coach.

Vice Chairman - Robert Wilson

Robert is entering his fourth year with MMUCMFC. Robert got involved in the fifth team in his first year and worked progressively to receive a call up to the fourth team from Elliot McCabe (Fourth team Manager 2015/2016). In his second season, Robert co-managed the third team with Cameron Tiler. Robert and his third season in football was blighted by injury, however on his comeback he received a call up from first team management Niall Mc Cann and Gareth Smith. Robert now enters his fourth year in his first committee role as Vice Chairman for the 2018/2019 season.

Secretary - Mark Barnett

Mark is now entering his fourth year with MMUCMFC. Mark has played in all teams for the club, as well as being player/manager of the Staffordshire squad. Mark's career with MMUCMFC has been up and down, through emotions and teams. Mark proudly chaired the club in 2017/2018 with Jake Pogson and is now taking up a new role as club secretary for the 2018/2019 season. Mark will continue to play for the fourth consecutive season.

Social Secretary - Cameron Tiler

Cameron has played a unique role in the club throughout the last three years. Varying in roles of management, performance analyst and treasurer. Cameron provides the foundation for other members of the club to build on and was a massive helping hand in the 2017/2018 season for Niall and Gareth in the first team. Cameron will finalise his story with MMUCMFC as the social secretary for the 2018/2019 season.

Treasurer/Fundraiser - Ahmed Bahzad

Ahmed has played with MMUCMFC for three straight years enjoying successful spells in all teams. in the 2017/2018 season Ahmed began to shine while playing for the first team. Being mistaken for a right back originally, Ahmed impressed with his flair and agility, becoming an integral part of a midfield three, with the first team playing their best football at this time. Ahmed will take the role of treasurer and fundraiser in the 2018/2019 season.

Equipment/Health & Safety -  Nathan Singleton

Originally at university Nathan was a part of the cricket committee. Last year, Nathan began playing football and fell in with the club members like a duck to water. Nathan progressed from the second team to have a goalscoring debut for the first team with his first touch having been brought on with 10 minutes remaining. Nathan will now take up the role of health and safety for the 2018/2019 season.

Manager - Martyn Dean Cooke

Martyn is a past student turned lecturer at MMUC who enjoyed a bit part role in the 2017/2018 season featuring for both the first and second team. Martyn has a wealth of playing and coaching experience and was welcomed with open arms by all management and coaches. Martyn showed in his short playing spell that he was a leader with an exceptional footballing brain. After some consultation, Martyn was voted in to become manager for the upcoming 2018/2019 season.
